At V23 Nursery, LLC we take pride in growing and providing healthy, quality plants and products. Because plants are living items and can be affected by weather, care, and growing conditions after leaving our greenhouse, please read our policy carefully.
Live Plants

All plant sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by neglect, improper watering, transplant shock, weather, pests, animals, or other conditions outside of our control once plants leave our care.
• If you believe there is an issue with your plant at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately before leaving.
Hard Goods & Supplies
(soil, pots, amendments, décor, etc.)

Unused hard goods may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned.
Special Orders

Deposits on special orders, custom planters, or reserved plant material are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders must be inspected upon pickup or delivery.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
Weather Policy

We are not responsible for damage caused by frost, heat, wind, heavy rain, or other environmental conditions after purchase.

Please protect plants appropriately after bringing them home.
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before pickup may qualify for store credit at management discretion.

Custom or pre-ordered items are non-refundable.
