We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure plant descriptions, sizing, and availability are accurate. However:

3. Live Plants
All plants are living products and require proper care after purchase.
Once plants leave our care, V23 Nursery, LLC is not responsible for:

Weather damage

Improper watering or care

Transplant shock

Pest or disease exposure after purchase

Environmental conditions beyond our control
4. Orders & Payments

Full payment may be required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

5. Pickup Only
At this time, all orders are pickup only.
Customers are responsible for transportation and proper handling of all products after pickup.
6. Refunds & Returns
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. In general:

Live plants are non-refundable

Hard goods may have limited return eligibility if unused and approved

Special orders and deposits are non-refundable
7. Special Orders
Custom or special-order items require a deposit or full payment and cannot be canceled once placed.
8. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale customers agree to inspect all orders upon pickup or delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
9. Liability
V23 Nursery, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or plant failure resulting from the use, transport, planting, or care of any products purchased.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, images, and content associated with V23 Nursery, LLC are owned by the company and may not be used without permission.
11. Agreement
By purchasing from V23 Nursery, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
